Can I buy the original artwork?
We only offer high-end reproductions of artwork. The originals are not for sale and will not be so for the time being.
Do you offer a framing service for the artwork?
Yes, we do. Please contact us at sr@riekeles.com prior to your order to discuss options and prices.
Do you sell the books “Anime Architecture” and “Proto Anime Cut Archive”?
Yes, we do. Please contact us at order@riekeles.com to order your copy.
To which countries are you shipping to?
As long as you can write your shipping address using the English alphabet, we can send you your products. If you cannot select your country on the checkout page, please contact us at sr@riekeles.com. Please see our shipping page for additional information: riekeles.com/shipping
Why is my country not listed as a shipping destination?
We ship orders to all countries served by DHL. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu during checkout, please contact us at order@riekeles.com. We can quite certainly help you out.
Why is shipping to some countries so much more costly?
We always try to quote the lowest shipping rates possible however shipping to certain countries from Germany, especially those overseas, can be a bit costly.
How and where can I track my package?
All packages are shipped using DHL and can be tracked by going to dhl.com and entering the tracking number provided to you via email after your order was been shipped out.
I received an order confirmation but haven't received a tracking number. How and when will I get that information?
We appreciate your patience. Once your order is shipped we usually email you the tracking info in about 1 - 3 business days. If you have not received a notification after that time, please also check your spam or junk folders in your email account, as some email providers may mark it as such.
I received the wrong item / the mail service damaged my order. What do I do now?
If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt and a note or email to order@riekeles.com of what the damage is. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. You will receive a refund on the return shipping.
Who does all your printing for the prints?
All prints are produced by Yamada Photo Process in Japan. Yamada is the country’s leading specialist in high-end reproductions of artwork and artistic prints. Please find more information here, to learn more about our unique process to deliver outstanding quality to our customers.
I would love a print of a certain original artwork. How do I go about requesting one?
Thanks for writing us at sr@riekeles.com and for letting us know what pieces you would like as a print. It is helpful to us in better serving you and all our customers.
Do you have a physical space where I can look at the artwork and the prints?
We do not maintain a gallery space. However, from time to time we do present the original artwork and prints at museums or galleries. Please follow our Instagram or Twitter accounts (@reallyriekeles) to be informed of these events.
